(MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING)- No‑Show:
If you miss your appointment you’ll be charged the $15 deposit from the service price. With No Refunds.
MORE THAN ONE NO SHOW RESULTS IN PERMANENT BLOCKING FROM BOOKING💯- Late Arrivals:
More than 10 minutes late counts as a no‑show. Respect the craft
(STRICT POLICY)- 24‑Hour Appointment Cancellation Fee:
Canceling an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time adds an extra $10 fee, on top of the booking deposit.
This applies only to appointments, not general inquiries or reschedules made outside the 24‑hour window.- Clean Hair & Face Required:
Make sure your hair is thoroughly cleaned before the appointment it keeps the cut sharper and the process smooth. No gel, no oil, no excessive dirt.
If any of these are present, there will be a $5 surcharge.- Reference Picture:
Picture references are optional. They can be used when you want a custom design or a specific change, helping me understand your vision more clearly. They don’t lock in your look for the day — they simply make communication easier when explaining the haircut is difficult.- No Extra Guests:
Only the client being serviced is allowed in the room. This keeps the space professional and distraction free. The only exception is if you notify me ahead of time.- Check‑In Required:
After arriving, check in immediately to confirm your arrival to the appointment.- $15 Booking Fee:
A $15 non‑refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. It protects your slot in case of cancellations and is applied toward your total at checkout.
Deposits are Card Only‼️- 12 - Hour Advanced:
All appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Same‑day bookings are not available. This ensures proper scheduling, transportation, and service quality.- Walk In Policy.
Walk‑ins are accepted at my discretion and only when I choose to. Im not always available in the studio. To guarantee your spot, all clients are required to book an appointment in advance.- Future Booking Window:
Clients can Book up to 3 months in advance.
ANY higher than that is UNACCEPTABLE by any means.- After HOURS Deposit:
A $30 convenience deposit is required for any appointment scheduled after 7:00 PM. This deposit secures your after‑hours booking.
